Clubspark is a software tool we use that is sponsored by the LTA to allow us to manage membership records securely, email members and also offers the ability to run a court booking system.

To use the booking system you will need to have registered with Clubspark if you are an adult or junior aged 13 and over. We advise Junior memebers to use a parental email address when registsering with Clubspark. An invitation to register is sent out when a member joins the club but if you haven’t registered yet please email and a link will be sent to you.

You can book courts through the Booking tab on our website or by downloading the Clubspark Booker app on a mobile available for Android and IOS. Please click on the links below to direct you to the download.

Bookings can be made under the following conditions:

  1. Members can make 4 bookings in any 7 day period
  2. Bookings can be made 8 days in advance from 7.30 am
  3. Only Adults and Juniors aged 13+ can book courts. Adults can book courts on behalf of a junior aged under 13 and this is explained in the following link
  4. If you have made a booking that you can’t subsequently attend for any reason, we ask that you cancel the booking as soon as possible so that courts are made available to other members
  5. If the committee feel that a member is misusing the booking system – for example not turning up for bookings or continually cancelling bookings at the last minute – then a members booking rights may be suspended.
